    tv out problem

    After I tested a different tv on my tv-out video card, it stop working.
    I´d tried changing all the settings, but nothing happends, the tv doensn´t start.
    Is it posible that it´s broken?

      Are you telling us that your TV's not working? In that case, a qualified technician (who can physically open up and fix the TV) will help your case far better than any kinds of suggestions given in a forum.

      On the other hand, if you are simply saying that you are getting no display on your TV (via the TV-out port), check the following:
      1. Ensure that both TV and computer are properly connected (with the right connections).
      2. Most video adapters can "force detection of a secondary display" and if yours come with this capability, giive it a whirl.
      3. Make sure that your TV is set to the appropriate channel (Video 1/2/x if you are using Composite connection and/or S-video if you are using S-video connection).
      4. Restarting the computer can sometimes do wonder.
