Does anyone know what type of format, besides a DVD, will play in a Playstation 2 system?

dvd are just vob files the playstation does not look for file types it looks for a special inscripted code within the cd saying its a real one.

ps2 copy game are made by creating a bin and cue file and then burning the bin or cue file to a cd.

however to play anything on a ps2 you need a mod chip and also need to take your playstation apart to do the swap trick.
