problem with buring DVR+R s

Hello,
I am new to DVDshrink ...and it's a GREAT program . I have hit my first Roadblock with DVDshrink (I am not sure if DVDshrink is the problem Area).

when I use DVDshrink and Nero 5.5 burning Room to burn movies on DVD+R media - the DVDs do not work on my DVD player or my X-box

the combination of DVDshrink+Nero 5.5 and DVD-R works like a charm on my TOSHIBA dvd player and XBOX.

MY question to all the gurus of DVD burning is - What am I doing doing worng or what I am missing when I burn the movies to a
DVD+R ??

If DVD-Rs work properly, why would you switch to DVD+Rs?

Just stick with what works...

Most probably, the media is not compatible with your burner. Try using good media. I would suggest that you shop around and test various brands. I would suggest that you get Maxell, Verbatim, or Memorex. They are cheap and are in general compatible with all major brands of recorders and readers.
