PAL to NTSC signal converter.
Hi,
I'm looking for a PAL to NTSC signal converter as I have a PAL VCR and a NTSC TV. From what I can gather browsing the web, they seem fairly expensive. The cheapest I could find is just under $200:
Does anyone know where I can pick one up a little cheaper than this? Even something second-hand would be okay. Alternative suggestions on converting the signal via another means is also very welcome.
