    do you mean the extension is scr or is the extension something else

    I think we could tell more if you posted the full name of the movie and the properties of the audio and video
    (just to be sure -it is not just scr in the name, because that can mean the movie is a screener)

        strange having no extension

        If i had to guess it is the screener of Ali Muhamed (you know; the one with Will Smith) or a hoax file
        But i still would expect an extention of some kind

          Based on the filesize that represents 1/2 (approximately) of the video, I'd guess that you are already in possession of either a VCD-format MPEG1, or a "plain vanilla" MPEG1 file. If you have NERO Burning ROM available (or another equally capable burning program), I would, as my very first effort, simply try to burn the file as a VCD.

          If it proves not to be a VCD-formatted MPEG1 (which would be rejected by versions 5.0xxx of NERO), then you can simply load it into TMPGEnc's "Merge&Cut" (File>>MPEG Tools>>Merge&CUT), set the mode to MPEG1-Video CD (NOT simply "MPEG1), enter an output file name and then click on "Run".

          Let us know of your success ;>}
