NTFS - any reasons NOT to use it ?

    hi

I need to choose the filesystem for my video capture drive.
Should i go for NTFS5 or are there any problems related to NTFS and video capture i should be aware of ?

I know that 2 good reason to use it :
    1) it looses the filesize limitation
    2) NTFS security protects captured video from accidental deletion by other users.

If it matters, my system is:
    Dual Athlon MP 1600
    512 MB DDR RAM
    FireWire capture device

    Thanks,
    Mait

    Go for it.

AFAIK NTFS is superior to FAT in every way.

I have a 120 GB NTFS partion (2*60GB raid 0) it does 30MB/s sustained read and write.
Donate your idle CPU time for something usefull.
