DTS Sound Question?

If I select DTS as my only audio track when I burn a movie using Shrink and that copy is played back on a system that will not decode DTS will there be any form of audio at all generated?

If I select DTS and another audio track when copying will the copy user have a choice of those two audio tracks? If so, how is that choce made if menus are deleted?
