Downloading Premier for free

Hello folks.
My friend told me that some folks download programs such as premier free from the internet and I didn't believe him. Can anybody point me out to a site where you can actually download the full version of premier 5, 6, or 7???
Why would they do it?

Adobe Premier is a commercial software, and any website offering a free full version download is doing it illegally.
