Easy Video Splitter/Easy Movie Splitter

Could someone give me the url to dl one of these programs. Need to split larve avi file into about 4 parts before encoding. Also if you known url for Tempgenc I would appreciate that also. Any words of wisdom after I spilt file. Use Nero to encode ro tempgenc any difference. Eventually would like to burn vcd's of this file.
