AVI->DVD issus

1º Why does TMPGenc not accept the audio files that are in AC3.

2ºEven when i use the nerovision to export the audio and video When i go to author the dvd in the ifoEdit and add the video and sound the resultant vobs have no sound.

is that be cause of codecs?

PS:When i encode and burn with nerovision, all works but i cant use it be cause of the subtitles.

I would d/l and install an AC3 codec.

In TMPGEnc, under the "Environmental Settings" "VFAPI plugin" tab rightclick on the "Direct Show Multimedia Reader" and increase to one greater than the highest priority of listed items. This will enable TMPGEnc to accept a properly encoded .AVI with .AC3 audio for input...

ok but....it stills not working

i put the directshow multimedia file reader in max prority but now when im going to encode it says that it cant create the log and stops

i have the ac3 codec installed cos i can c divx qith ac3
