auto run mpeg full screen

if this is in the wrong section I applogise

I can make an auto run cd with an mpeg on it, Ive been asked to do it fullscreen. can this be done and if so how?.
curently Im making an mpeg 1 file and bruning that to cd with an auto run file
[autorun]
open=mplayer2.exe/play /close \video.mpg
and the mplayer2.exe

If you have XP and load a CD in the tray a window pops up asking what you want to open it with. When you select a player and it opens all you have to do is expand the size to full screen...so, basically what you want is for someone to write a program for you that will perform all those tasks automatically, so you can turn it in and get an "A" on your homework assignment'
