PowerDVD Frame Capture Problem, Please Help

I have a NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5600, incase anyone thinks it's a video card setting.
I have PowerDVD 5, it came with my computer. I want to take
some screen shots so i can make some wallpapers for myself.
The built in capture program isn't working right for me though. It
takes the picture, but it doesnt show up in the file directory. any
ideas? I dont have the video acceleration enabled when i try and
take screen shots. any suggestions or ideas? or can anyone
suggest a cheap or free third party screen shot software? many
