distorted frames

Somebody knows why distortions like those which are in this image (http://www.divx-digest.com/articles/...ges/tarzan.jpg) occur?

I had always captured video in divx with a Pentium III, Ati All-In-Wonder 128, VirtualDub and I've never had such problems, but since I've changed my system with an AMD Atholn XP 1800, Sapphire and an Ati All-In-Wonder 9000 Pro I experience trouble like that.

Hope that somebody who have already experienced this problem could help me.

Check to make certain that your videocard is securely and properly seated...

Checked and everything seems ok. Anyway removed and re-installed the card. Now I go watching if the problem is solved.
