My ogm sound and video is not right

I have a few .ogm video's of a tv series and when I play them I have this little icon pop up on my system tray
I can click it and choose between english and Japanese sound and then jap subtitles, when I start my show both eng and jap sounds play so I change it from both to one, my movie works fine exept the sound if "off" beat, when its in english the sound is ahead and when it is in jap its behind
I have a sound blaster sound card

use Media Player Classic (MPC), go to properties: MPC->View->Options->Filters
try to toggle the "ogg splitter" activation box.
