Batch Encoding MPEG to XVID (help rewarded)

I got the entire Seinfeld serie, 190 episodes, in MPEG format. With the exception of season 1 and 2, all seasons are about 24 episodes, aprox 220 mega MPEG.

That's not good since DVD will hold as many as 20 and I want either one full season or two seasons to fit in.

Anyway, I'm looking for an encoder to encode all of those 190 MPEGs and make them XVIDs with either MP3 or OGG, I dont care, since I play those on my KISS player and it reads either format.

Anyway, what this encoder should do is ask me for either a folder or let me multi-select the files to include, and add them to a queue. Then I would specify the codecs and thats it.

From what I've seen so far, most of the encoders ask you for an output filename (how retarded is that) or not even give you the same starting filename for the input file, let alone some that doesnt have queue.

The guy that helps me with this (you dont have to write a full guide, just point me to a software that will do what I wrote up and put some general guidelines) gets a full 24/7 access to my dedicated server with those 190 episodes. Server has 100 mbit connection and located in the US. If you prove yourself to be really helpful, you will also get eMule access on that server, since that server is my eMule b1tch too
