If it is a commercial DVD, Simply open the movie in DVD Shrink and de-select the unwanted audio stream and back it up.

No, it's no a DVD; it's an Avi file I downloaded from eMule.

Open the AVI or Dvix compressed AVI in "VirtualDubMod". Go to "File" > "Open Video File". Then go to "Streams" > "Stream List". The available audio stream(s) will be listed at top within the "Gray" band. It is my suspicion that the second audio track may have been superimposed within the video file. If this is the case, then there might not be anything you can do to separate it. You could also try and use an audio editor program if you can successfully demux the audio from the video, but I'm not sure that would work either. Good luck.

          Thanks a lot, Ormonde
I'm gonna try but I suppose, like you, that the audio has been superimposed.
          thanks a lot again.
