    PC Video on TV

What graphics card would be capable of allowing me to view my PC video on my television with decent quality. Would a Geforce 64 mb with tv out be okay?

Has anyone tried doing this? How is the quality?

    Thanks

Yes this shpuld work fine, almost any card with a tv out gives you good quality on movies on the tv.
ATI cards has a very good 2d quality.

The windows picture quality is not great, hard to read and so on...
But i prefere to watch my divxon a tv.
much better when u sit abit more away from the screen..

I heard that the TV output of all GeForce cards, with the exceptions of the new GeForce4, are not very good.

I tried hooking up my GF2MX to TV, but could only crank up the resolution as high as 800x600, which is really tiny for TV (can't remember the size, but it's bigger than a 21' monitor definitely).

The PAL TV - System can only display 720 x 576 Pixel. I think the NTSC - Stystem has a resolution about 720 x 480. For this reason 800 x 600 is sufficient.
