I have been putting my vhs videos onto dvd through my stand alone dvd recorder. Some of my vids have deteriorated over the years and some are ntsc but my recorder is pal only. I know the canopus advc 300 can be used to stabilise the vhs picture but does it convert ntsc to pal? i know of a device that converts ntsc to pal but it doesnt stabilise the picture. I also know of a device that can get rid of the macrovision. what i want is one device that does all those things. Is there anything out there that does?
