unable to copy printable discs

I can not copy or save image on hard drive from the newer "printable discs". I can from regular discs. The printable play fine on computer and regular dvd player. Any ideas ?

Your DVD-ROM or DVD burner is probably not capable of reading the media format (Is it DVD-R or DVD+R?)

To determine the capabilities/limitations of your specific brand and model of standalone DVD player, as well as media compatibility, go to:

DVD +R I found a firmware update an installed it. Do not have any to test yet.

Still will not copy the disc I am trying to copy from are -R and printable any other -R I can . Guess untill there is a fix I have to live with it.
