Backing up on more than 1 dvd

I dont want to compress anything. I want all the extras and picture quality so If I want to use 2 dvds insted of one how do I do this? Once I fill up one will it ask me to put in a 2nd dvd automatically? I am using 2 blank DVD+R's.
