How can I convert a Flash movie to MPEG-2?

I have this animation without any scripting, just simple tweens. i tried exporting it as a quicktime movie but all the vectors are jaggy.

i want to output a 1024x768 mpeg-2 for a big video screen for our venue-- which is roughly the same aspect ratio at 30 foot wide.

other than screen capturing the swf...is there another way?

ill look it up. i am on a mac though so i doubt it will work. could you or anyone else you know do it? let me know.

Install VirtualPC on your Mac - and then you can avail yourself to the video-related software that is the primary focus of these forums (Although Mac users are certainly welcome here, the vast majority of the postings are PC-specific)...
