    converting to DVD format

    Hi Guys,

I have quite a lot of video files downloaded from the internet in the formats MPEG and Windows Media Audio/Video Files. I would like to record these onto a DVD so it can be played in a DVD player. Someone told me that I'd firstly have to convert them all to MP3 files before I could convert them to DVD?? I tried to find a trial version program to do this but was not successful. Can anyone help me?

    Thank in advance.

.MP3 is an AUDIO format - and has nothing to do with creating DVDs...

If the mpeg files are DVD-compliant, use an authoring program such as "TMPGEnc DVD Author" or "DVD Lab". If the files are not DVD compliant, use the regular "TMPGEnc" encoding program (different than TMPGEnc DVD Author) to make the files DVD-compliant so the authoring application will accept them. There are "Wizards that will help you accomplish the task. TMPGEnc should also accept WMV files for conversion.
