Hi there ! We made a tool for perfectly smooth framerate conversion. In other words, it turns a 25 fps AVI to 24 fps, or 15 fps to 30 fps, or ANY to ANY without any unwanted jerkiness and perfect audio sync. As far as I know only one similar tool exits: MotionPerfect.
