    When I do a dvd2svcd job I copy the resulting cue file into nero and it makes me a burnt CD-ROM without any fuss. The various svcd guides should help out.

      bin and cue are a type of ISO image file... to burn them to cd, use nero's "burn image" function

          the bin file contains all the files that would originally be on the cd/dvd, and the cue file contains the instructions on HOW to burn the bin file.... the only way to "join" them together would be to convert them to another type of image file, such as "iso" or "nrg"... search the net and you will find a program that can easily convert the files for you;

          I use a program called "winiso", but it is not free

                1) run "winiso"

                2) click the "convert" icon

                3) under the label "please choose source file", click the "dotted line button", and select either your bin/cue file

                4) under "choose output file", click the dotted line button, and then give the new ISO image a name. click "OK"

                5) click "convert"

                6) once converted, close the program, and burn with a program of your choice.

                if the bin file is less than 700mb, it must be burned to a cd, and if it is over 700mb then it must be burned to dvd

                good luck
