If you have TTS engines (Text To Speech), you can listen to subtitles of any video file from any moment. You can record it also. This is available through a Russian program (Do not worry, I translate its menu).

The program was encrypted and compressed. This operation prevents changing of program. I decrypted and decompressed the executable file by my special way and then I set my translated menu with one of resources viewers. I was surprised when I found special translation of programmer to English in the resources, but it is locked. I modified my translation to agree with his translation. For example, in dictionaries menu: I replaced my translation (Name) to agree with his translation (Title).
Limitations of Demo Version: It does not save to Wave or MP3.
Do not worry, go to Volume control and choose (Stereo Mix) in options of recording. Now, you can record its voice (if your hear it. So, do not turn off Speaker Volume). Use any free recorder software as CDEX (CD Extractor) or MP3 Direct Cut. Start recording simultaneously with start of TTS reading. Finish after reading of the last sentence. No problem if time of new audio file equals or is shorter than time of video file. The bad results appear only if time of audio file is longer when you try to add your new audio file to video file with any multiplexer as Windows Movie Maker (freeware).
Note: The program deals with srt\txt subtitles files. If you have other subtitles as sub files, use a free editor\converter as Subtitle Workshop (It deals with many formats - no adware).
