Ripping DVD audio track to a CD

Is it possible for me to rip the audio track from a DVD and burn it onto a CD that I can play in my car stereo? If so, how would I go about doing this? Thanks for your help!

"how would I go about doing this?"

There is a program called "DVD Audio Ripper" that will allow you to save the audio from a particular DVD to a WAV or mp3 file(s).

Thanks for the tip! Are there any free programs that can do the same thing?

Yes - numerous ones, but there will be more steps involved. Give "DVD2AVI" or "SmartRipper" a try.

I use IMTOO DVD audioRipper. It works great.

Probably because it continues to be a more stable platform than is XP...
