    Error messege when making a backup of my star wars V dvd

    Hello.
    Im trying to make a backup of my star wars V dvd.
    But im getting a error messege everytime when it gets to half way.
    Any help will be appreaciated.

      Someone MIGHT be able to offer assistance, if you:

      1) State what software and procedures you are using

      2) What the SPECIFIC error message is

          make sure your burner is running on Ultra DMA Mode 2
          U can check this by going to device manager -> Secondary IDE -> Advanced settings
