What are your ffdshow settings?

Hi all,

as we all know, ffdshow has a huge amount of decoder options. Since i was unable to find some sort of documentation that explains in detail some of the more ambiguous settings, i will ask here instead to share what settings you use to play mpeg-4 files for absolute maximum quality. and preferably without resizing the video

also, is there much of a difference between the SSE and SSE2 optimized versions? P4 is capable of both i believe, so is SSE2 better?
