    Just wondering!!!!

    Hi

I've just began using DVD shrink, had a few teething probs at 1st but now all seems ok.

I as just wondering, the average time for copying a dvd, after shrinking. Its taken me about an hour (including the burning)

the figures i am getting on encoding are:
    Rate 2,500 KB/s
    Buffered 64MB

so im just making sure its all working properly, i'd be very grateful if someone could let me know that i am doing things correctly, or not!!!!!!!

Quite a few factors can effect the time.....

Are you running a deep analysis

Are you using one of the AEC quality enhancements (if you are using DVD Shrink 3.2)

Is a lot of compression required?

    Do you have DMA enabled?

    Are you multi-tasking whilst encoding?

    Post your cpu's specs too.......

Although to be honest 1 hour is very good if you are including your burn time.

You do not seem to be doing anything wrong... 1 hour is very good, especially if you have AEC enabled
