How to run Codec Program

I've just installed DivX412Codec.zexe and DivX412Bundle.exe.

So I find a folder named DivXCodec and in this folder five shortcuts : - DivXWebSite, Help, LicenceAgreement, README and Uninstall.

I don't find any file with .exe extension.

My question is "What have I to do code a video file with .vob extension" ??
