Does anybody know a programm like avichop, that cuts an mpeg-file in parts?

The best program to cut up avi/mpeg files is VirtualDub. With virtualDub, you can see excately where the file will be cut, so you don't have to guess what size to chop it at (like with avichop).

I always use TMPGEnc to cut MPEG files, great free program easy to use and best of all produces 100% compatible MPEG files unlike other programs such as VCD Cutter (YUCK!!)
