cant figurout

i have nero 6, and i am tryin to burn adio cds, with my new pioneer dVD RW - AO8XLB, its suppose to be a nice fast drive, i keep gettin a error.. in the log

"Communication Failure"
and
"Invalid Track Error"

i dont know what to do, i have updated the fireware and still nuttin.
