hi there everyone was just wondering if anyone knew how to copy video onto dvd i know you copy it onto your hard drive but i am not sure how to do it or if there is any programmes i need to use or do i just use a dvd recorder

Plextor has hardware ConvertX 402U that will convert vhs to mpg2 on your hard drive which can be converted to DVD files with the WinDVD Creator software provided with the hardware. They also offer a better capture program than the WinDVD called "Go Cap". It allows you to set the time length of recording the vhs (or TV signal) on your hard drive. Check out http://www.plextor.com.
