Converting subtitles

I have subtitles which are in .sup and .son format. Does anyone know some program which can convert .sup or .son formats to something else like .srt or .sub formats?

For example Subtitle workshop does not recognize these formats; the .son is not the same as Spruce DVDMaestro (*.son) format as far as I understand, at least Subtitle Workshop does not recognize this format.

Do you mean VobSub (2.23) > SubResync > Open?

.sup and .son are not in the supported files list.

Then do a Googlesearch for information regarding converting to/from those formats...

That is exactly the problem: I have not found that kind of program/information. That is why I am asking. Perhaps I just missed it (in Google, and in this forum) but I have not found it. There are programs which can convert .srt to .sup etc but .sup/.son to .srt/.sub? Help is very much appreciated.
