failed to read file ...

seems to be a defect DVD

but in my Standalone-player it works fine

I'm just baffled.. Are your German? (No Pun of Course) but your trying to back up a U.S. TV Season DVD from Region 1? I don't know they ship US TV Series DVD's outside the US.

What Region is your DVD-ROM/DVD±RW set for?

Yes I´m in Germany

We get every Movie or TV-Season here (Region Code 2),

and all of them are syncronise (? right) into German.

In fact there no Prob to Copy Disk 1 or 3
I´ve only this Prob with Disk 2 Title 3 & 4

I don´t know why
