    little black book

Can anyone tell me if the dead space in Little Black Book can be removed. I did the dvddecrypter and shrink, but have the 3-4 minute blank space before the movie. Did I do something wrong or is this the way it will be.

Thanks for the help, but I am using the latest DVDdecrypter and dvdshrink, and I still get the dead area at the beginning of the movie. I have also tried using the attachment that was suggested and still have the same problem.

I haven't a clue what you are doing wrong, because if you use the "set start/end frames" feature in the re-authoring mode of DVDShrink and slide the starting frames slider to the right untill the movie starts and click "ok" you have edited out the first (4 - 5) minutes of blank video. You can even preview it with the video pane and see where your movie starts before you back it up (compress).
From the sound of things, I don't think you fully understand the re-authoring mode of DVDShrink.
