DVD copy disk problem

A friend installed DVD Shrink 3.2, Nero 6.0 and can't get a full movie onto his 4.7 blank disk? I had him set all his settings the same I did and still only copies part of the DVD movie? Mine works great at the current settings. Any idea what his problem could be? Thanks Bill

For one thing, NERO v.6.0 is TERRIBLY flawed. Download the most recent update immediately.

Second, re-post your question in the DVD Shrink-specific sub-forum(s) here (and then delete this one) - and read the many similar questions and posted responses there (and the "FAQ")...
