Analize freezes at 5%

I have used both 3.1 and 3.2 for some time and this is the first time I have ran into this problem. I purchased the movie Liitle black book and tried to make a copy. It frezes when analizing at 5%. Thinking I had a defective movie I returned it for another and it does the same any ideas.
