ASF to any other format....PLEASE!!!!

I need to take this ASF files to avi or mpeg in order to burn them into vcd, but I´ve tried everything. The only thing I haven´t been abble to do is to get ASFtools, a program that is suppose to do the trick.
To the person who can help me get these asf files into another format, I will give him or her access to my ftp with lot of movies and stuff.
Please, help!!!.

Have you tried Virtualdub 1.3c?

TMPGEnc will accept conventional .ASF files for input and conversion to VCD format...
