I recently purchased a set of DVD videos which were recorded by the same studio. I use a Sansui VRDVD4005 which has not failed me yet, and the first disc of my 2-disc set plays fine but the second disc will not play at all; I get a message that says, "INCORRECT DISC-C104". The company I purchased the DVD's from have not received any other complaints, however they promptly replaced the incorrect disc with a new one anyway. BUT I get the same message on this replacement!!!! Strangely, this disc plays fine in other people's DVD players (I haven't tried another Sansui) as well as any laptop!
I have not been able to find a Sansui tech or website to ask advice on this. Can anyone explain what is happening and how I can fix my "incorrect disc"?
