Aston Xena 1800 HDU satellite records

    Hey !
Is there anyone who owns such a decoder and who succeded
1 - to transfer records from the decoder to his computer,
2 - to remux audio and video
3 - to recode to DVD format to burn it ?

    I succeded the first step.

I think the last step is the easiest with Nero tools...
    Thank you for your help.

I've spent hours trying and trying...

I write my question in another way.
To mux audio and video, it is suggested to use "WinGrab E" or "TMPGEnc".
    I tried both.
The first works but not always, sometimes hangs and cannot proceed when file is splited (more than 1Go).
The second does not recognize the MPEG2 format of the video files.
Is somebody able to help me by suggesting another tool to mux audio and video in MPEG2 "strange format" ?

    Thanks a lot

"The second does not recognize the MPEG2 format of the video files."

The FREE version of "TMPGEnc" is limited to MPEG-1. The PURCHASED version of "TMPGEnc" processes MPEG-2 as well as MPEG-1"...

I've a purchased version of TMPGEnc. I tried and succeeded to build MPEG2 files with it.
My problem is the codage of the recorded files...
        What about WinGrab E ?
        Has someone used it ?

Hi Fred, just bought the Aston Xena 1800 HDU. Having the same problem.

Just managed to copy the files to my PC. Did you get any further with your research?
