How to add a link to the end of the movie

Hey guys...

I will be happy if someone can help me.
I am looking for a software to add an outgoing link in the end of a movie clip.

I don't care if I need to conver it to mpeg or avi, but without flash.. I need it to be played in a normal media player.

- The result should be: CLIP STARTS----------- > CLIP ENDs----------> "Click here to visit: http://www.mysite.com"

and when he click on the screen he transfer himself into my site...

please, give me a hand, I am looking forward to start adding those links into my movie clips...
