IMAGE TOOL message when trying to create image of disk1

I have tried to write a DVD, but could not,
Have tried to use DVD shrink, and DVD decryptor, but basically same problem.
Was able to write DISK2 but could not write DISK1

Here is sequence of events:
1. Used DVD Decryptor to decrypt.
2. Used IFOEDIT to split in 2
3. Written Disk 2 to DVD. No problem


4. Tried to write DISK1 to DVD. Had a problem-----PROBLEM
So, I have tried to use IMAGE tool.
5. Started IMAGE TOOL, ---------------------------PROBLEM. Received a message:
/cygdrive/d/greg/movie/imgtool/mkisofs: Implementation botch. Video pad for file VTS_02_0.VOB is -66
/cygdrive/d/greg/movie/imgtool/mkisofs: Either the *.IFO file is bad or you found a mkisofs bug.

Try using the freeware version of DVDFab instead...
