Wheres a good place to download movies?

I have been downloading movies from Kazaa for a while now and It seems most of the movies on ther are low res and poor quality. I am looking for a new place or program where I can download high quality movies. Anyone have any suggestions?

          Block Busters a great place

Do a search on the www.divx.com forums, as tons of people keep quoting some.

I have never found any site on the Web that offers full resolution (720x576) movie downloads, and I've been searching for years. I'd really love to download some trailers, but every site I've found only offers them at low res, presumably because of copyright.

If anyone does know of a good site that actually offers full resolution movies, please let me know!

I doubt you can find any high-resolution movie on any one site. It is because of the very large bandwith required. The few sites that I know of provide very slow connection and you would be better off downloading from P2P or similar programs.

                  Thanks

I downloaded that Direct Connect program and so far thats the best place. The quality of the movies are way better there.

You're welcome. Plus they have a large selection of svcd rips (near dvd quality). Yes. They've got a large selection of media on DC (once you get used to it it's great).

first off, most hubs require you share at least 5gb just click on the hub, and use the search button to find your stuff. DC was really intimidating and confusing at first, but after 2 hours I figured it out But once you get the hang of it, it's cool. A bit of a learning curve---Visual Basic Pro was easier for me.
