    Movie Application/Database

A lot of times I buy my movies and back them up before I even watch them. As my collection began to get bigger and bigger I was having trouble remember what movies I've watched and what I haven't. Every Friday night when I asked my wife what she wanted to watch she'd ask, "What haven't we seen?" and I'd have to sit there and rack my brain to remember. I looked online to see if there was an application I could use and found one but it cost $40 and I'm cheap. So, I decided to build my own little Intranet site on our home network to list all of my movies so I could easily track everything. Check it out here http://www.dieselstudios.com/movie/index.asp

Let me know what you guys think. If any of you think this would be of use let me know and I'll zip up the files and database for you to download. The images for the DVD cases aren't coming up right now. I have to work that out, currently I am linking them from IMDB and they show up fine on my local Intranet but when pushed to the web they don't show.

Well it looks like my menu on the left isn't showing up either but the options you should see would be Home, Add Movie, Add Actor, Add Genre and IMDB. I'll have to upload the menu file when I get home.

Not sure if this belongs here or not.

you could simply create a word file for example, and add the watched film to the list. then you can always go back to this list and see what you watched.
