What the Best Laptop for Video Editing?

I am going to invest in a laptop for editing film/video. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be the best brand?

The Qosmio F10-136 is Toshiba’s latest Video viewing/editing/burning monster of a laptop...
Never saw it in action, only heard of it. It’s supposed to be excellent for video and its entertainment oriented. But it’s also heavier than other laptops, and with all the CPU and drive consumption you expect from an entertainment/video station I bet it also eats the battery fast.

    See Qosmio series flash here:

    See Qosmio series page here:

    and specific product here:

oh.. i just looked up the spec for that thing... man... it weighs 3.9 kg!!!!!!
But still, it has a lot of high quality equipment and tons of features..

and maybe the other laptops from the same family don't carry that much weight..

        Final Cut compatible?

I'm looking for something that will support Final Cut Pro software. I think Mac is the only type that supports it. Thanks for the info though. If anyone has suggestions on how much speed and memory is necessary for video editing, information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
