I have been burning for awhile but have noticed that the folder, that the files go into when copying from a dvd, is losing space. It used to have over 7000 mb in it and now has 4000. So i always get an error that there is not enough space in the target folder. I cannot for the life of me find any hidden folders although it is obviously saving somewhere else. I am using windows 98. Has anyone else had this problem?

Norton installed? If so - empty the can with the protected files.

Welcome to the Digital Digest Video forum kingtim17! Do a windows search for " .vob, .ifo, .bup, and .iso " files. The results from the search will show you where they are and allow you to delete them from there.

I do not have norton on my computer and i get no result to searches for any of those files. Still having problems.Comment

You should try cleaning your temp files. Go to "Start" then click "Run", then type %temp% and click OK. This will open your temp folder for your computer, the best thing to do is select everything inside the folder and delete them. Do not delete the "Temp" folder itself!

Have you, as yet, deleted all of the files that are in your "Recycle Bin" (as well as any unneeded files in the Windows\Temp folder)?Comment
