Alternatives to VideoReDo?

I have been testing VideoReDo and like it because it is fast and easy to use and does a good job of correcting the out of sync problems I occaisionally get when converting VHS to DVD. However, before I buy, I would like to know if anyone recommends any other non-linear MPEG editor that is better than VideoReDo.
