Not working
I downloaded dvd shrink, I loaded the dvd, and when I hit open disk, it came back and said there was no disk on drive d. How can that be? There clearly is a dvd on the drive. Help. Did I mention I'm computer illiterate about these things!

If you use Windows Explorer/file manager - can you see the disc in that program?
Have you tried with anoterh disc?
