Asus 8200 Delux turn on TV Out and Monitor at the same time

I just want to know if it's possible to turn on TV Out and Monitor at the same time using my Asus V8200 Deluxe. I'm not able to do it with the Asus or Nvidia drivers...

Tvtools does not work!!!

Please help me!!!!
